Simple Summary
We engineer modern software, mobile applications, AI chatbots, and hosting infrastructure. When you commission a custom project and complete payments, you own your custom code and deliverables. We value open communication, fair milestone billing, and mutual respect.
01. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“Client” or “You”) and Arova Technology (also operating as Arova Technologies, “Company”, “we”, or “us”). By accessing our website, contracting our engineering services, or utilizing our software products, you agree to these Terms.
02. Our Services
Arova Technology provides digital engineering and artificial intelligence services, including:

Full-Stack Web Development: Custom websites, web applications, dynamic web portals, e-commerce, and APIs built across React, Next.js, Node.js, PHP, MERN stack, and WordPress.

Mobile Application Development: High-performance native and cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android.

AI Chatbots & NammaPersona: Custom conversational AI assistants, business data fine-tuning, streaming reasoning engines, and lead capture systems.

Dedicated & Cloud Server Hosting: High-speed NVMe server hosting, SSL setup, email configuration, domain management, and ongoing maintenance.
03. Client Collaboration & Project Process
Successful software development is a collaborative partnership. To ensure on-time delivery:
- ✓ Timely Feedback: Clients agree to provide required assets, text copy, API credentials, and milestone feedback in a timely manner.
- ✓ Scope Changes: Any substantial features requested outside the initial agreed proposal will be quoted transparently as an approved scope addition.
04. Intellectual Property & Ownership
You Own Your Custom Deliverables: Upon full and final settlement of agreed project fees, all rights, title, and ownership of custom code, designs, and content created specifically for your project transfer fully to you.
Arova Technology Frameworks: Arova Technology retains ownership of its internal starter libraries, pre-existing reusable utilities, and the underlying multi-tenant core architecture of the NammaPersona AI platform. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use these integrated components within your project.
05. Hosting & Service Availability
For clients hosting websites or APIs on our dedicated NVMe infrastructure, we target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are performed during low-traffic periods with prior notice whenever possible. Unforeseen upstream datacenter outages or ISP-level interruptions are resolved as our highest priority.
06. Payment & Milestone Invoicing
- • Project costs are structured into clear milestones (e.g., initial deposit, design sign-off, functional prototype, and final deployment).
- • Invoices are due upon receipt or within the agreed payment window specified in your project agreement.
- • Hosting and recurring maintenance subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
07. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our software, AI models, or hosting infrastructure for:
- ✕ Any illegal activities, fraudulent schemes, or unauthorized hacking.
- ✕ Distributing viruses, malware, botnets, or conducting DDoS attacks.
- ✕ Unsolicited bulk spamming or automated scraping in violation of platform terms.
08. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
We take tremendous pride in our craftsmanship. All custom web and mobile deliverables include a 30-day post-launch bug fix warranty covering any deviations from the agreed specifications. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arova Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party outages or unapproved client code modifications.
